Kit download won't start
On iPhone, the download has to start from your own tap — open the download link and tap “Save my kit” rather than waiting for it to happen on its own. If nothing happens, try Safari or Chrome directly instead of an in-app browser (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
Lost your $8 kit email
Head to your kit download page and use “Resend my download link.” It sends a fresh, secure link to the email you used at checkout.
