By accessing or using Ridiculous Reveals (“we,” “us,” “our”), including browsing the site, downloading a party kit, submitting a celebration story, or purchasing a planning package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. What We Offer

Ridiculous Reveals helps people celebrate everyday milestones with confetti-level enthusiasm. Our offerings include:

• Free resources: The Confetti Starter Guide, Reveal Guides, and other downloadable inspiration.
• Digital party kits: Personalized, printable PDFs available for purchase (e.g., the $8 Ridiculous Party Planning Kit).
• Planning packages: Paid consulting and event-planning support, such as Spark, Blueprint, and Full Ridiculous tiers.
• Community features: Story submissions, media uploads, and public celebration highlights.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. Some features, like purchasing a kit or submitting a story, require accurate contact information. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for anything that happens under your account.

4. Payments, Refunds & Fulfillment

Paid products and services are processed through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge. Digital downloads are delivered instantly or shortly after checkout via email and on-site download links.

• Digital kits: Because our PDFs are personalized and delivered immediately, all sales are final unless the file is materially defective. Contact us within 14 days if your download is broken or incomplete.
• Planning packages: Refund and cancellation terms for consulting services are described at checkout and in your booking confirmation.
• Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes, which may be collected based on your location.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — logos, graphics, copy, templates, PDF designs, and the overall ridiculous vibe — is owned by Ridiculous Reveals or licensed to us. When you purchase a party kit, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to print and use it for your own celebration. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.

6. User Content

When you submit stories, photos, videos, celebration ideas, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, share, and promote that content on our site and social channels. You confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to share it.
• It does not violate anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• It is not hateful, harassing, explicit, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate for a PG-13 audience.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any User Content for any reason.

7. Prohibited Conduct

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridiculous Reveals and The Curaosity Collective will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you made no payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
